( Inhouse Coaching Culture – Inhouse Coach-Manager )
This program is designed to train your leaders as ‘Coach-like Managers’, to develop their coaching competencies and to establish the coaching culture/system within the organization.
The goal is to provide an environment where your existing and potential managers will develop key skills to conduct more effective coaching conversations.
It is a powerful method for managers to reveal the full potential of their employees, to carry out effective performance evaluation and feedback processes, and to define new communication and action strategies.
- It is important for managers to increase their leadership and managerial competencies, to familiarize the team members with the coaching approach, to increase team effectiveness, to develop relationships and to gain systems coaching competencies in order to create a desired atmosphere in the team.
- The Systems Approach focuses on the Relationship System rather than the individual’s behavior within the team. The main focus is on the ‘impact’ created by team members as individuals within the system.
- It is very important for a manager to be able to coach the individual employee in the team ‘individually’ and the whole team ‘systematically’.
Coach-Like Manager’s Systems Approach and the Relationship Systems coaching tends to work together to create an agreement/harmony with the whole of the System (the individual/the team), and in this way, the change in both the individual and the team is ensured in synergy.
In this framework, it is ensured that the System Oriented Leader (Coach-like Manager) focuses on the Relationship system within the individual (with its inner and outer selves) as a system and also within the team as a system itself.
It is essential to raise awareness of the ‘Voice of the System’ rather than the individual voices of the team members. Therefore, it is ensured that the team/system reveals their agenda instead of the individual’s agenda.
Managers take firm steps towards embracing coaching competencies in their private and business relationships with their subordinates, peers and superiors.
In addition, an in-depth learning and experience environment is provided related to the perspectives, mindset, skills and competencies included in the coaching process
The coaching culture of the program is designed with respect to the organizational needs, business and coaching goals, and is supported by business-oriented practices and Executive Coaching.
In today’s Leadership Approach, it is very crucial that the organizations adopts the coaching culture as a leadership style, and includes it among its managerial competencies.
